Our mission is to deliver high quality images while remaining timely and cost-effective. We also endeavor to be an extension of your business, family, and community by helping you to showcase more details in your listings, create more memories, and enhance outreach while also treating you and your clients with the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. 

Who We Are:

My name is Joshua Rugg, I am a disabled Air Force veteran, I have a passion for photography and an endless drive to learn and improve. I look forward to the opportunity to help your listings look their best and sell for more money and faster than you thought possible. 

Currently serving locations within a 60-mile driving radius from Waterville, Maine.* 

Event Photography: $180 an hour

Wedding Photography: Please contact for rates

Portrait Photography: $20 per 15-minute session

Real Estate Photography: 

0 - 1,000 sq. ft. ---------------------- $125

1,001 - 2,500 sq. ft.  --------------- $175

Each Additional 1,000 sq. ft. ---- $50

Photo Services Include:

• On-site photos of the entire property including all rooms and outside areas. The attic, basement, and interior of the garage are included at no additional cost upon request. 

• All photos are digitally delivered in both high-resolution and MLS-ready formats for all your marketing needs

• Photos are color corrected and slight adjustments made to lighting to make the property shine

• Next day or sooner turnaround!
